Something wrong with an order?
Report it from the order page. A report freezes the seller's payout straight away. Ticket never arrived? You can report that at any time, and if you don't, we open the claim for you 24 hours after the start. For anything else, use "Contact Mertskhali" on the order page.
Or email us at support@mertskhali.ge.
Go to My ticketsYes. Every price is all-in, with our service fee already included. Nothing is added at checkout.
It depends on the listing: a file you download from your order page, a transfer to your ticket-provider account, or a paper ticket handed over in person. The order page shows which, and what to do next.
Report it from your order page within 24 hours of the start time. If Mertskhali Guarantees cover it, you get the ticket price and every fee back.
You're refunded in full if it's cancelled, or moved to a date you can't make.
No, but you can resell the ticket here, at any price you choose.
Sellers set their own price. When plans change, some would rather get part of their money back than none. Every listing shows how its all-in price compares with face value.
Some clubs admit only approved members, and door staff decide entry. The event page says when that applies. A face-control refusal is the venue's call and isn't covered; a ticket that's fake, used or won't scan is.
Up to 10% comes off your price, less on pricier tickets: 10% under 100 ₾, 8% from 100 ₾, 6% from 300 ₾. There are no other seller fees.
24 hours after the event starts, as long as the buyer hasn't reported a problem.
Yes. A sale counts once its payout is released. After 5 sales you're a Trusted seller and pay 2 points less; after 25 you're Pro and pay 4 points less. No seller pays under 5%. A listing keeps its rate until you change its price.
It's your call. A sold-out night can go above face value. A ticket that isn't in demand sells more easily below it, and still gets you something back.
Tickets tied to the buyer's name or ID, and events whose organizer doesn't allow resale. A new owner might not get in, so we block or warn on those. Some venues check names more strictly than others; if a buyer is refused over the name on a ticket, the guarantee doesn't cover it.
Your payout pauses while we check their report against your delivery record: the file you sent, the transfer you marked, or the buyer's handoff code. A ticket that worked is paid for.
Yes. Open the listing from My tickets and withdraw any tickets that haven't sold.
